Access to and use of this internet website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below and all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. By accessing the Site and exploring the content of the Site, you accept, without reservation or any limitation, these terms and conditions. The Site contains the information of Oportunidad ACN México, S. de R.L. de C.V. and/or its subsidiaries, parents, and/or affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "FLASH") and although FLASH uses commercially reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, FLASH provides no warranty with regard to its content, which is provided "as is". FLASH is not responsible for any contingencies related to the use of the Site or its content. Specifically, FLASH is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, adequacy, timeliness, or comprehensiveness of the information contained on the site, which may vary from time to time or be modified by FLASH at any time, without liability and without giving prior notice.

THE PRODUCTS ON THE SITE DO NOT HAVE THE INTENT TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT, CURE, OR PREVENT ANY DISEASE. THE INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT INTENDED TO REPLACE THE ADVICE PROVIDED BY YOUR OWN PHYSICIAN OR OTHER MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL. II. License

A) FLASH grants the user the limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable right to view and use the Site in accordance with and subject to these Terms and Conditions of Use, and any rights not expressly granted to you herein are reserved. For the purposes of this agreement, the parties agree that "user" and/or “you” means any person of any nature that enters the Site and/or any of the subpages that deploy their content and/or to the person of any nature that accesses or uses any of the products, services, or content being offered through this Site.

B) The user is only permitted to print and/or copy any information contained or published in the Site solely for personal use, and the commercial use of such information is strictly prohibited.

FLASH reserves the right to delete or modify the content of the Site in the exercise of its sole discretion, including if such content does not comply with FLASH standards or could be contrary to current laws, and will not be liable for any failure or delay that is generated by deleting any such material.

B) As a condition of your use of the Site, you represent and warrant to FLASH that you will not use the Site or any of the materials, information, or content obtained through the Site for any unlawful purpose or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions of Use. You may not use the Site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with the enjoyment and use by someone else of the Site. IV. Intellectual Property Rights

FLASH, the Site, logos and all material appearing on this Site, are trademarks, domain names, trade names and works of art owned by their respective owners and are protected by international treaties and the laws applicable to intellectual property rights and copyright. The copyright on the content, organization, collection, compilation, information, logos, photographs, images, programs, applications, and in general, any information published or contained in the Site are properly protected in favor of FLASH, its affiliates, suppliers and/or their respective owners, in accordance with the applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

It is expressly prohibited for the user to modify, alter, or delete, either in full or partially, notices, trademarks, trade names, signs, advertisements, logos, or in general any indication that relates to the ownership of the information contained on the Site.

In the event that the user forwards through the Site to FLASH any information, ideas, programs, applications, software, or in general any material required to be licensed, the user grants with this act to FLASH a perpetual license, universal, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, which includes the rights to sublicense, sell, reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works, exhibit and execute such material publicly.

The provisions of the preceding paragraph shall also apply to any other information or materials that the user sends or transmits to FLASH, including, without limitation, ideas to update or improve the Site, whether they have been included in any space of the page marked or under other media or modes of transmission known or that are developed in the future.

For the foregoing reasons, the user expressly waives with this act the right to carry out any action, claim or demand against FLASH, its affiliates or suppliers for any current or possible violation of any copyright or intellectual property derived from the information, programs, applications, software, ideas and other material that the user sends to the Site and/or FLASH.

V. Disclaimer of Warranties

The user agrees that the use of the Site is at your own risk and that the content and services that are provided through the Site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. FLASH does not guarantee that the Site or services satisfy the requirements of the user or that the services will not suffer interruptions, or are safe. FLASH does not guarantee or endorse in any way the truthfulness, accuracy, legality, morality or any other feature of the content of the material to be published on the Site.

FLASH is released from any liability and unless otherwise specified in writing FLASH makes no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, with regard to services, content, and information contained or available on or through the Site; including, without limitation:

A) The availability for use of the Site

B) the absence of computer viruses, bugs, deactivators or any other contaminating material or with destructive features in the information, content, or programs available on or through the Site or other electronic communications or in general any failure of the Site.

FLASH or its suppliers may update the content of the Site constantly, so that the user is advised to take into account that some content or information contained on or through this Site may have become obsolete and/or contain inaccuracies or typographical errors or misspellings.

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLASH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. LAWS IN CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THESE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

VI. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, FLASH shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising from the use of the Site or any information, content, materials, communications, or services made available to you through the Site, including special, incidental, indirect, direct, or consequential damages in any form arising out of or related to:

A) the use or or nonuse of the Site or content, information, or services on the Site by user or FLASH;

B) the interruption of services or unavailability of the Site or any information or graphics or content published on or through the Site;

C) the update or failure to update the information on the Site;

D) the alteration or modification, total or partial, of the information after it has been included in the Site;

E) any other aspect or feature of the information contained or published on the Site or through the llinks available from the Site.

The foregoing liability limitations shall apply even in cases where you notified or warned FLASH about the possibility of caused such damage.

VII. Modifications to the Site and/ or the Terms and Conditions of Use

FLASH may, at any time and when it deems appropriate, without the need to warn the user, make corrections, additions, improvements or modifications to the content, presentation, information, services, areas, databases, and other elements of the Site, without giving rise to any right to any claim or compensation, nor incurring any liability to the user.

FLASH reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of Use of this Agreement at any time, such modifications becoming effective immediately by means of:

A) The publication on the Site, or

B) The notification to the user on such changes.

Accordingly, the user agrees to review these terms and conditions periodically in order to keep abreast of such changes. Notwithstanding the foregoing, each time the user accesses the Site, such access or use will be considered an absolute acceptance of any amendments to these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Occasionally, FLASH may add to the terms and conditions of use additional provisions relating to specific areas or new services that are provided on or through the Site. The user acknowledges and agrees that these additional terms form an integral part of this agreement for all legal purposes.

VIII. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify FLASH, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, suppliers, vendors, representatives, and consultants for any liability, action, claim, or demand (including attorneys' fees and legal costs) resulting from any failure on the part of the user to comply with these Terms and Conditions; including, without limitation resulting from:

A) Any aspect relating to the use of the Site;

B) The information contained or made available on or through the Site or libel, defamation or any other conduct in breach of this agreement by the user in the use of the Site;

C) The violation of applicable laws or international treaties relating to the rights of copyright or intellectual property, contained or available on or through the Site.

IX. Termination

FLASH reserves the right, at its sole discretion, and without warning or notification to the user, to:

A) terminate the user’s license for use of the Site and/or this agreement; and/or

B) discontinue or stop publishing the Site without any liability to FLASH, its affiliates or suppliers.

X. Survival

These Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as the additional terms pertaining to the Site including the Privacy Policy, the Product Purchase Terms and Conditions, and the FLASH Authorized Independent Distributor Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof, and supersede any other agreement or license held earlier. In the event any clause or provision of this agreement, as well as the additional terms, are declared legally invalid, the provision will be eliminated or modified to preserve its intent with the aim of correcting its fault or defect. However, the rest of the clauses or provisions will remain in full force, effect, and validity.

XI. No waiver of any rights

The inactivity on the part of FLASH, its affiliates or suppliers to the exercise of any right or action arising under this agreement at no time shall be construed as a waiver of such rights or actions.

XII. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be subject to and shall be construed in accordance with the laws and in the courts of the Ciudad de Mexico, Mexico.
